Go here for wiring diagrams of this and the other systems of the car. I think you will find you have a defective fuel pump. http://bbbind.com/free_tsb.html

Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Also, check fuel injector pulse. Having fuel in the fuel rail is good as far as it goes. You don't need rpm signal for initial prime.
Any applicable trouble codes?
Look at the top of the engine and locate the fuel rail on the injectors. There should be a Schrader valve on the rail. Take a small screwdriver or a nail and push in on the Schrader valve. Have the helper turn the key on and look for fuel pressure at the valve. If there was no Schrader on the rail, just loosen the fuel line for the same results. If there is no fuel expelled, check the fuel pump fuse and relay located in the relay box. If these are not faulty, the fuel pump has failed and is need of replacement.
It could be that the fuel pressure is too high. This COULD cause the injectors to not fire when they are triggered. Once you bleed the pressure and the car is running, there is enough flow to keep the pressure at a manageable level. I would get a fuel pressure gauge and check the pressure at the rail. You may find a new fuel pressure regulator will fix your issue.
Remove the accessory drive belt from the supercharger pulley.
Relieve the fuel pressure and remove the fuel injector sight shield.
Disconnect the fuel pipes from the fuel rail and vacuum hose at the pressure regulator.
Disconnect the electrical connectors from the fuel injectors and remove the fuel rail mounting bolts. Remove the fuel rail with the injectors intact.
Disconnect the electrical connectors at the IAC, TPS, MAF, EGR and boost control solenoid. Lay the wiring harness aside.
Remove the air intake duct and remove the EGR pipe from the supercharger.
Disconnect the throttle cable and the cruise control cable. Remove the cable bracket.
Remove the tensioner bracket to supercharger mounting stud.
Remove the supercharger to intake manifold bolts, remove the supercharger from the intake manifold. Remove the supercharger gasket and coolant passage O-rings.
To install:
Replace the oil passage O-rings and the supercharger gasket.
Install the supercharger and bolts. Install the tensioner bracket-to-supercharger bolt. Tighten the bolts to 19 ft. lbs. (26 Nm).
Install the cable bracket and connect the throttle and cruise control cables.
Connect the EGR pipe to the supercharger and install the air intake duct.
Connect the electrical connectors to the IAC, TPS, MAF, EGR and boost control solenoid.
Install the fuel rail and bolts and tighten the bolts to 15 ft. lbs. (24 Nm).
Connect the connectors to the fuel injectors and the vacuum hoses at the pressure regulator.
Connect the fuel pipes to the fuel rail and install the fuel injector sight shield.
Install the accessory drive belt to the supercharger and connect the negative battery cable.
you need to figure out if your missing spark at the plgs,or check fuel pressure at fuel rail, you'll need at least 55psi of fuel pressure, but if you have had no luck spraying the throttle body, your probably missing spark
