SOURCE: trying to replace rear brake
Without contaminating everything, try some penetrating oil sprayed carefully on the pins and let it set overnight and then some light tapping with a small hammer to break any rust bond.
SOURCE: Changing front brake pads
You shouldn't need to remove the calipers altogether just to replace the pads. You have remove the split pins or retaining springs on the old pads, then prize back the caliper pistons enough to remove them. Then push the pistons back some more enough to get the new pads in. Then reassemble and test.

They should both have rubber sleeves. It keeps 'gunk' out of the caliper area for the caliper bolt.
(The hole)
Is the other rubber sleeve, stuck in the caliper bolt hole where you can't see it?

The pins / wedges just tap out use a scewdriver on the metal edge of the pin just tap it out to the rear and when putting them back in just tap them back in from the front. You will see they are diamond shape and metal cased around rubber very easy to do just take your time.
