Question about 1995 Nissan Altima
I would be leary of the crank position sensor as these pre OBDII types are mounted in theupper transaxle bell housing. I would check for diagnostic codes and possibly using a DVOM meter check for an A/C millivolt signal to be produced out of the sensor while cranking the engine.Codes 11 and/or 34 present could further support there are issues with this vital sensor needed to produce spark.
