I wasn't aware that they made a carburetor version for the 1995 Chevrolet C2500 pickup. 70 percent of them were TBI. Throttle Body Injection.

Looks sort of like a carburetor, but it isn't. The electric fuel pump provides constant fuel pressure, to the single injector inside the throttle body.
The injector is electrically controlled to open, and has a spring to close it.

If the injector is damaged or dirty, (Most of the time this is the case due to the additives in today's gasoline), it may stick open.

This is an example of an average Injector, and how it works,

Should someone have changed the fuel system to a carburetted version,
and it is not a TBI, (Throttle Body Injection), then you have a flooding carburetor due to gunk under the float needle valve.

Inside you carburetor is a Float. This float moves up, and down. It raises or lowers a Float Needle. The Float Needle goes down into a Float Needle Seat.
As the engine requires more gas, (Gasoline), the Float Chamber gas level drops. When this level drops, so does the float. The float in turn, raises the float needle out of the float needle seat, and allows gas to enter the float chamber.
With a dirty fuel filter, or no fuel filter installed, gunk comes through the fuel line, and becomes trapped in-between the Float Needle, and the Float Seat. This allows more gasoline than needed, and floods the engine with excess gas.

Solution? Open the carburetor, clean it out. Replace the filter in the carburetor body housing, and for more insurance, install an inline fuel filter in the hose to the carburetor. (Or replace if one is already installed)

Car will not run unless gas in carb

Sounds like the fuel pump is bad. The engine is just not getting fuel unless you pour it in the carb.

My 1968 chevy impala wont start unless i push gas pedal to the floor

it is your carburetor the fuel float is set to high and probably leaks. If it older than 10yrs old and has never been rebuilt . do that if you want to save yourself a bunch of time and little more money make the investment of a Brand New not rebuilt. if you get the carb manufactor specs matched to your motor , Out of the box, it will be very close to being on the money .

Car wont stay running, think its carb problem

If I understand correctly the car will idle but will not drive unless you pump the gas. If that's the case then you need to have it overhauled. There are blocked lines inside that are preventing it from working properly. Hope this helps.

Pours gas into carb and only will stay running if gas pedal is all the way too floor and then with that it runs awful

well if you mean you are pouring gas into the throttle body that is not going to do any good if it is the truck you have posted on your picture you first need to check if your fuel pump is working or even coming on
