You need to replace your brake light switch which is located on your brake pedal. The reason that the right and left are out and the middle isn't is because there are two sides to the switch for vehicles with three brakes lights. It is a very easy part to replace and is relatively inexpensive. Change that switch out and you will be good to go. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for rating my response and for using FixYa!

Return the vehicle to the Uhaul dealer and demand that they repair it. It is evident, by your description, that they bungled the job. If they refuse, contact the Better Bussiness Bureau in your area and have them contact Uhaul. Most Uhaul dealers do excellent work and they have a great try and work with the rep and they will most likely fix it for you for free this time, since they didn't get it right the first time. 1998 Ford Expedition rear break lights not working

check fuses. if all good there i would use a test light to check power to brake light switch on pedal. should be two wires. one will be hot all the time and the other will be hot when brakes are applied. if you have power there and no lights still i would suspect multifunction switch is bad on steering column.

The right front and rear window switch button lights on my 2005 ford expedition are not working.

Sounds like a break in the wire on that side. The courtesy lights are on the same circuit with the dash lights. You should have a hot and ground for each door switch light.

On my 2004 expedition one of the break lights is not working. the parking light work fine, but when I press the break the passenger side break light does not come on. I changed the bulb and that did not...

check the electrical contacts within the bulb fixture for oxidation or damage. Check also the wires and wire harness for damage or connection problems.

2000 ford focus, right and center break lights work, left does'nt. replaced all the bulbs still don't work. Could the break switch at the pedal be the problem?

check the ground for the left light. The electrical socket at times get very hot and melt a bit causing the contact to not touch the light bulb. Check for power at the socket with a 12V tester.

If these lights still work on your excursion then it is probably not a fuse problem. It sounds like it is a loose pin(s) with the trailer plug or a loose electrical connection(s) on the trailer or maybe the bulbs on the trailer are burned out. This should help, if not then contact me again at FixYa and I will be glad to help.

Need fuse list for 2001 ford f350 trailer lights not working

In the fuse box under the hood, fuse in position 20 is a 7.5amp fuse for the trailer left turn circuit, fuse in position 22 is a 7.5 amp fuse for the right turn circuit, if the fuses are good and you have power at them it is going to be wiring, at the back of the truck close to the driver side at the bumper is a gray connector that will take factory wiring to you trailer wiring the yellow wire is left turn/brake light, the green wire is right turn/brake light, and the brown is tail lights, and the orange wire is 12volt feed for if there is a battery on the trailer that needs to be kept charged for break away safty brakes.

Bulb is goog but the left brake light and signal

Does it have trailer light plug. After market trailer plugs cause all kinds of problems and should be removed and replaced when they do. Also check the bulb in another socket to make absolutely sure it is bad. I have been fooled more than once by newer bulbs that break connection towards the bottom and you can't see it
