Check the A/C relay under the hood near the battery. Had the same problem on my 2004 Aerio. Around $30 at the dealer.

How to read obd code suzuki aerio

There should be two OBD ports on this vehicle, one under the steering wheel the other is located by the computer unit under the hood. Attach an OBD reader or OBD II Reader (available to be borrowed from most car part stores) and read the code.

Blew the radio dome fuse on my 2004 suzuki aerio, replaced the fuse, but the radio and clock still does not work, dome light works though.

check the fuse in the back of the radio is a first choice if ok then check for a feed to the clock and the radio could be a damaged wire

My cigarette lighter and power adapter quit working and need another. Where can I find one?

First check the fuse for your lighter. It will show you the location of your fuse box and lighter fuse in your cars owners manual.

204 suzuki aerio blower motor not working..switch or motor or something else and where is it located?

On the Suzuki Aerio the Resistor rarely fails. What you need to check is the switch that controls how fast the motor goes. The switch is part of the complete HVAC control panel and the switch can not be replaced as a unit because it is part of the housing its self. I have the OEM Shop Manual and I removed my control unit with the intention of actually rebuilding the innards. That turned out to be a no go. Check the voltage by unplugging the resistor and you just might find there is none at the Resistor. If that is the case as was mine I used one of the Upfitter empty switches to put a switch in and jump the power lead to the fan control. If you are crafty you can match up all Four positions which I declined to do and put in a Voltage control with a twist knob. Now I have infinite speed control. I checked several years ago and the three warehouses in the U.S. that handle this part was back ordered then.

I need the fuse diagram for 2004 Suzuki Aerio

Shorting out, or not working? Each describes a different problem, and with shorting out, you would be blowing and replacing fuses all the time.

Not working would indicate a bad connection somewhere. Maybe the main fuse buss, maybe a relay connector, etc.

Wiring diagrams can normally be found in the factory service manuals, which many repository libraries maintain a copy of.

I have a 2004 Suzuki Aerio SX and I'm faced with my third wheel bearing replacement this year. Has this been an issue for this make?

I saw on the MSN Autos site that 2003 Suzuki Aerios had front suspension issues, which I feel applies to the 2004 models.
