My 2004 lincoln ls climate controls just went black...i can't control heat or get anything to turn on not even heated seats. i checked the fuse but that's fine. what else could it be?

Did you check for battery voltage at the connectors on back of the climate control module ? Check grounds ? How do you know fuses are good ? Did you check for battery voltage at the little tabs on top of the fuses ,or just look at them ? Your best bet ,have a qualified repair shop check it .

fuse check for the fuse being blown make sure when you replace the fuse its the same amp same color and amperage

Your best bet would be to take your vehicle to a qualified repair , before you start replacing parts you don't need too . Having a professional or factory ford IDS scan tool hooked up to check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's would be the first step in the diagnostic procedure . Not guessing an replacing parts , you have no clue how to fix this , an your not going to learn how to here .
The climate control seat system is able to heat and cool the front seats. Each climate controlled seat is operated by push-buttons on the EATC module located on the instrument panel. Each front seat temperature is then monitored and controlled by the dual climate control seat module (DCSM) located on the passenger front seat track.
The climate controlled seat system contains the following components:

• EATC module
• DCSM
• Thermo-electric device (TED) and blower assembly within each front seat cushion and backrest
• Air filter (attached to each TED and blower assembly)
• Cushion and backrest manifolds
• Cushion and backrest foam pads
• Cushion and backrest trim covers

there is a heat /cool control module under the drivers seat.

Have it checked for a broken blend door actuator shaft.

Always check body grounds. You may have good power to the engine with a good ground still, but your body grounds control power to all else.

I'm not finding a relay that controls the heated seats (this doesn't mean there isn't one), but I did find a Climate control seat module which is under each seat. There may be a "multi-function" relay that controls the seat and other things, most likely located under the hood in a black box containing other relays and fuses, the lid should have a diagram that tells you what each one controls.

Remove fuses 10 and 11 in the underhood junction box. Leave out for 5 minutes then reinstall. If the seats start working your Zephyrs dual climate control seat module will need replaced.

The climate control seat system is able to heat and cool the front seats. Each climate controlled seat is operated by push-buttons on the dual automatic temperature controller (EATC) located on the instrument panel. Each front seat temperature is then monitored and controlled by the dual climate control seat module (dual CCSM) located underneath the passenger front seat cushion.

Both the driver and front passenger climate controlled seats are independently controlled electronically by the dual climate controlled seat module (CCSM) mounted to the bottom of the passenger seat cushion. The climate controlled seat system only operates with the engine running, however, if using a diagnostic tool to command the dual CCSM, diagnostic testing can be carried out with the ignition switch key ON engine OFF (KOEO). The system receives power from central junction box (CJB) fuse 118 (30A) through circuit 1153 (RD/BK) feeding battery voltage into dual CCSM C3265b pins 1 and 24. If power is disconnected from either pin 1 or 24 of dual CCSM C3265b, only 1 seat will be disabled (pin 1 for driver seat, pin 24 for passenger seat), the other will remain operational. Since both climate controlled seats operate independently, if a fault occurs setting a DTC specific to either climate controlled seat, only the affected seat will be disabled by the module and the other will remain operational.

Sorry , but it would be best for you to take it to the dealer or someother qualified repair shop.
