CAMRY ABS FAULT CODES 35&21 HAVE REPLACED R/H/F SENSOR & ABS PUMP/MODULE, STILL THE SAME

The ABS is a complex system, and Camrys are fitted with ABS from one of at least 3 manufacturers (Denso, Bosch etc). When a fault is detected, such as a failed speed sensor, the ABS computer stores a trouble code and disables the ABS. You should get this code read out as a first step to finding the problem. C0055 is for rear speed sensor, mounted on top of rear end. Unplug and remove 10mm bolt, remove. It's a magnet, any metal shavings? Change sensor and fluid. C0201 is ABS module fault. Under. Truck under drivers seat is the pump and module. Unplug it and check for moisture and corrosion. Clean and add DIEELECTRIC gel. Clear codes and retest. Might need another module. You don't need to remove pump just unbolt module from pump. Module was not common on this vehicle

Having the vehicle checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's would be a good first step . ABS light on codes are stored . Suggest you take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop that has the knowledge an testing equipment to diagnose the problem properly .

Dynamic Stability Control....a derivitave of ABS / Traction control. The control unit that monitors the dynamics will most likely be sensing a difference in the measured wheel speeds. Possibly defective ABS sensor, wiring, ABS exciter ring, ABS module or steering angle sensor. Can also be triggered by wheel spin.
Have a diagnostic scan done ( cost £30 - £50 approx at good local garage) to read the fault codes first. If you get a fault code relating to "ABS module pressure sensor" the module requires replacement (common issue). Used to be a £1400 job, but repair kit now available from dealer for £180 ish and 2 hours to fit.

When the ABS (Anti Lock Brake System) light is on it means the systems control module has detected a failure and the ABS is disabled, this means you just have regular non ABS brakes. To find out what the fault is requires the ABS control module be scanned with a special tool to see what fault codes show up.

They are not the sensors you want. The car uses the abs wheel sensors for vehicle speed. Your problem lies in the abs system , possibly the left front sensor, abs ecu or speedo cluster, Clear the code and see if it stay out otherwise you'll need to go to a trusted technician. .

RWAL Fault codes
Codes for Dodge RWAL, Ford RABS and GM RWAL applications are similar but have a few differences:

1. Should not occur (replace the controller if it does)
2. Open isolation valve circuit or defective ABS module
3. Open dump valve circuit or defective ABS module
4. Grounded or closed RABS or RWAL valve switch
5. Excessive actuations of dump valve during ABS braking
6. Erratic speed sensor signal
7. Shorted isolation valve or defective ABS module
8. Shorter dump valve or defective ABS module
9. High resistance or open speed sensor circuit (resistance should be 1000 to 2500 ohms)
10. Low speed sensor resistance (Dodge & Ford only)
11. Open speed sensor circuit (GM only)
12. Stop lamp switch circuit (Dodge & Ford)
13. ABS module speed processor (Dodge & Ford only)
14. ABS module program (Dodge & Ford only)
15. ABS module RAM memory failure (Dodge & Ford)

To manually clear a stored fault code on GM and some Dodge trucks with RWAL, remove the ABS fuse or disconnect the battery for 5 seconds. Ford RABS codes will automatically clear when the ignition is turned to the off position.
