Not fuses, checked those, and all lights stopped working at same time.

Turns out the circuit board behind the headlight switch unplugged. Thanks all.

THAT is pretty rare - no end of strange things with GM vehicles. Glad you fixed the problem.

Part of the headlight switch is probably broken.

Left headlights

Check your connections at the wiring harness going to headlights for corrosion, sounds like high resistance somewhere, also make sure your ground wires are secure. It wouldn't be the alternator or the battery would be dead and not start the engine. Also shouldn't be any condensation in your head light assembly's or will cause bulbs to blow prematurely.

Lights will not turn on

HEADLIGHTS NOT WORKING

It can be faulty headlight switch or issue with its wiring. Or its faulty head light fuse.

2004 Trailblazer, now the brake lights wont work!

The brake lights can be the multi switch (turn signal wiper switch) or could be a ground wire issue if you're having problems with the headlights. Good luck.

I have a 2001 potiac grand prix with no tail lights the same bulb work turn signal an brake lights they r fine ive checked all fuses and replaced all bulbs even replaced the light switch still no tail

no, they are not the same. The multifunction switch is on the steering column and controls wipers, turn signals, and hi/low beam headlights. Dash switch is on the dash and generally turns lights on and off and frequently also controls brightness of dash lights. I had a Camry that had the same thing happening...ended up having a toggle switch put in to control the tail lights...fixed the issue.

2004 envoy xuv low beams dont work switched fuses 45 and 46 still nothing any ideas

Other possibilities are; the bulbs themselves, burnt or corroded bulb sockets, or a bad headlight selector switch.

No daytime running light no interior dash light

I am betting there are no tail lights as well , as they are on the same circuit as the cluster lights.

Change the fuse.
Note ; it could also be a broken filement in one of the light bulbs in this circuit causing a dirrect short , should the fuse blow right away after you've changed it.

My speedometer is not lit on a 2000 gmc sierra 2500, what do I check.

If all other lights are working on cluster such as oil press., volt, temp... I would say bad cluster but if none are lit check fuses.

I have no high beam headlights just low beam with 12 volts and low beam with 8 volts and the high beam light stays on in the dash all the time

Check Hi beam bulbs they may both be burnt out, and check both fuse boxes. Headlights are offen on separate fuses Left/right so you don't end up with no lights at all
