I'm not sure that checking a fuse is applicable? If you want to check one, check the top left in diagram. Not only check the fuse, use a test light and check voltage on the fuse circuit. Body computer and integrated power module are the same thing. B+ to integrated power module is hot all the time. The electronics in that module sends voltage for turn signals. The ground for turn signals is just a chassis ground, constant. Just my opinion.
Any applicable trouble codes?
replace the turn signal switch it self, mine did the same thing with the left turn signal, put in fuse and it will continue to flash... went to junk yard pulled one out of a 97 avenger just like mine, swapped them out and now it works fine. looked to be like some corrosion... to repace: 3 screws under columb, 2 screws on side of signal switch (black plastic side). unplug and replace
If your car is under 36000 miles take it to your dealer and have it fixed under your warrenty. All of your interior electrical systems are controled by computors and sometime not a simple repair ! The dealer has the tools to monitor different switch states to aid in isolating the problem. Just guessing if its a switch or a computor or a wiring issue can get very costly.
i also have a 2008 avenger rt.its o good thing your car is under warranty it is must likely the turn multifunction switch.which controls a lot of stuff light turn signals brights. i hope this helped please rate this answer thanks.
It depends on the model of avenger you have, coupe or convertible. It can either be in the steering column with the multifuntcion switch(basically the turn signal lever and wiper control asembly) or it is in the center console behind the radio.
