Question about 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 2WD
Take it back to the Dealer. They'll probably squirt some graphite into the lock collander, or another lubricant, but take it back. This should be a quick fix that the Service Manager should be able to take care of in the Dealership parking lot within minutes, and if not - you can take that opportunity to make an appointment to drop it off to be fixed (maybe they'll also be having an oil change special).
