This isnt a simple job, its best that a experienced mechanic works on this. You will need special tools for access to the rear head. All sparkplugs in the 1MZFE motor are in the center of the cylinder heads. There are COPs (coil over plugs) atop the sparkplugs, these must be removed first.**With Engine Cold** Front head: 1.remove Coils 2.use 5/8th plug socket and extension w/ratchet turn ratchet counter clockwise till plug is loose. 3. install new plugs (make sure the plugs are properly gapped). Rear Head: Intake manifold must be removed (you need a very large allen wrench for the intake bolts removal). Once this is removed follow the same steps as the front head. Here is some illustrations on the 1MZFE engine: http://www.turboninjas.com/camry/eg2.pdf

HOPEFULLY THIS HELPS

How do I fix a check engine light code 300, 301, and 302 on a 2000 Toyota Avalon XLS?

Not spark plugs

It is an ignition problem or many other things,
that can cause a misfire

Google your OBD Codes & see what causes them

Really need vehicle experience & professional test equip,
to look at vehicle data & be able to component test

Changing out good parts, won't help you find anything
