Its easy you need things called tools and a state of mind. plus you need to take off the bolts that are connected on the fly wheel.. before you start lifting

The AC fan in my 96 GMC Yukon cuts on when I start the vehicle but after an hour it shuts off on all speeds...any help?


Check the connectors to the AC blower motor switch and the motor itself, see if they are burnt/discolored, replace as needed. Also replace the blower motor. The repair connectors are available from the dealer.

How to replace brake booster on 96 gmc 1500


Remove brake master ! Two bolts holding it to the booster disconnect vac hose ! Now go in the truck follow the brake pedal up remove the pin the connects the pedal to the booster ! There will be 4 bolts holding the booster in place! Once bolts are out push booster out gently!

remove the pot cover and drain, remove the bolt that holds the center diff pin in, then remove pin,AT THIS POINT DO NOT TURN ANYTHING AXLES OR DIFF OR DRIVESHAFT push axle inward and remove u clip that holds shaft in then pull shaft out

Washed engine on 96 yukon now wont run will start but cuts out really bad will die not drivable replaced distributor


pull the distributor cap and spray some WD-40 in it and put it back on and try it (sounds like water inside)

that is most likely your abs control module locate your 60 amp abs fuse under the hood and remove it if the noise stops you need to replace your control module
