Heater core or one of the hoses are leaking. Low on antifreeze now so no heat.

There should Be a Factory Sticker under the Hood that gives you the Exact Routing. Check in the Back of the Owners Manual. If not let me Know!

The codes are lean fuel condition for both banks. A very common problem with this engine that will set these codes are the upper & lower intake gaskets. You may experience a rough or rolling idle at cold start up and the condition will go away as the engine warms up. If you have checked all the basics such as vacuum leaks or air inlet leaks between the air filter box and the throttle body, then I would consider replacing these intake gaskets. Good Luck and please leave rating. Thanks
SOURCE: my ford truck smells of antifreeze?
More than likely the heater core has a leak. Soon your windows will begin to fog up as the leak gets worse. If you pull the carpet or floor mat back away from the heater outlet under the dash you may see the insulation mat is wet or damp with anti-freeze.
I would suggest having a coolant system pressure test performed to verify the leaks location, however if you can smell it in the cab its a real high probability the heater core has sprung a leak.
Good luck,
Regards,
