No, if you have a keypad it would be on the drivers door below the handle or in the blacked-out edge of the drivers door. It is an option on some models and standard on the higher line versions. Your question shows a regular cab F150. I do not believe you have the blacked-out trim.

I own a 2002 Lincoln Navigator, I need to find the factory preset code for the key pad. I looked inside the key fob and I found 4 digits if this is not the location tell me another location that I can

When you buy a NEW Vehicle, you get the factory
Keyless Entry Code--then you use your owners manual,
if you want to change it

NO Factory Code--you go to a dealer to have them find it
with the VIN # or whatever they do

Is the igntion key code and the keyless remote code the same if so where can i find it looked under trunk

You do not say what kind of vehicle and why the dealer could not issue a new key using the VIN. I know of no manufacturer that writes down the codes anywhere in the vehicle. The keyless entry is controlled by it's own module and is verified by the main computer. The ignition key carries the code on it, and is verified by the ignition module. A good locksmith shop should be able to make keys for you.

How do you reprogram the keyless door lock code?

    1. Enter the five digit permanent entry code into keyless entry keypad.
    2. Within five seconds of pressing last button of permanent code, press the 1/2 button within five seconds of pressing the last button of the permanent code. (Factory code found on the module).
    3. Enter any alternate five digit code within five seconds of pressing 1/2 button.
      • Enter a sixth digit as follows to indicate operator's memory seat setting to be set by alternate code: 9/0-- no memory recall
        1/2-- memory seat position 1
        314-- memory seat position 2
        5/6-- memory seat position 3
      • After successful programming, the doors will signal by locking and then unlocking.

The Keyless Entry Module is located inside the drivers side door.

Key Pad Entry does not work

does the key pad light when you press a button at night? If yes, the fuse is ok.
Do you have the plastic card with the permanent code in your owner manual packet? If yes, tryit.
    report back.

Keyless Entry The keyless entry keypad is hardwired to the GEM. The GEM interprets the inputs from the keyless entry keypad and then controls the associated operation. The keyless entry keypad will be illuminated for five seconds when any button is pressed. Additionally, it will request the illuminated entry feature to turn the courtesy lamps on. If a lock all doors code is entered, the illumination will turn off, as well as request the illuminated entry feature to turn off the courtesy lamps. When pressed, the keyless entry keypad supplies the ground signal to the GEM or the GEM receives a signal from the keyless entry remote transmitter. Then the GEM outputs a ground signal to the appropriate lock or unlock relay which supplies the power to the actuator to lock or unlocks all doors, including the luggage compartment. The keyless entry remote transmitter also unlocks the liftgate or activates the panic alarm by sending a signal to the GEM.

    Keyless key pad entry code

Ford cars and such will put a sticker on the hinge or back gate with the numbers on it. It will just be a white sticker with black numbers. A five digit code.
