Question about 2004 Land Rover Discovery
Switching off engine key separated from fob now will not start have tried emegency key access as per manul but my code contains a 0 and can not then enter code correctly
If the EKA code contains a 0, then you have a problem that should never have got to you - the dealer should have spotted the duff EKA and changed it! I have no idea how you'd get it back from such a state, other than programming a new BCU to the engine ECU, and then new keyfobs to that BCU. This is assuming the 0 isn't just a mis-print or an 8 ? Best to get the dealer on this.
(In order to access security you have to insert the key and turn to position I and I don't think the system would let you in until it was disarmed)
