How to remove wire harness turn signal

IF in fact you are replacing the turn signal unit completely, there will be a wiring harness with the proper plug attached to the new one. So don't be scared to just cut the plud off the end of the harness after you unplug it from the cab harness. Then just pull the wires right up and out with the old signal switch. Replace it by just folding the new plug on it's side and feed it down through the housing. Plug it in and put the switch back together.

illl assume its not dim, at night, a key check, in all cases like this.
the lamp is bad. (used lamps can have a shorted base so only NEW lamps work best)
the socket is bad. (corroded
the wires are cut by trailer hitch goons, (wire hackers (look and see)
its not the fuse or the switch, the problem from the harness at left rear of right rear.
the signal harness usually feeds left then right side.
so the wire from there to there can in fact fail, or be collision damage
or trailer hitch hacked.. right there.

The blower motor is under the dash on the passenger side. You'll need to remove the plastic hush cover to get to it. These trucks are prone to this.
The blower motor fails because the resistor/ relay / wiring harness assembly overheats and can melt. Some of these have even caught fire. You're going to want to replace the blower motor resistor/relay and wiring harness assembly assembly too.
Check out all the wiring that goes into the resistor for heat damage. This assembly sits right next to the blower motor right above where the passengers feet would be. The resistor/relay is about the size of a pack of cigarettes and you'll see it right away. Make sure to disconnect the battery before working on any of this so you don't cause any more trouble while splicing in the new harness. I just did this on my 2006 Chevy truck and my blower motor was ok. I just had to replace the resistor/relay and splice in a new wiring harness. It cost $180.00 just for that stuff.

Need wiring diagram for vw pasat head lights turn signals an right side, please had blow out and all the wiring on the passager side was cut and pulled all wiring out.

I would get a new wiring harness from the dealer or from a junk yard to get all of the right sockets and wires. It will save you a lot of time.

Removal & Installation

  1. If equipped, turn the air suspension service switch to the OFF position before raising the vehicle.
  2. Drain the cooling system.
    1. Remove or disconnect the following:
    2. Negative battery cable
    • Front seats
    • Carpeting
    • Rear airflow duct
    • Heater hoses
    1. Remove the driver’s side air bag module by removing or disconnect the following:
    2. SRS module-to-steering wheel bolts, from both sides of the steering wheel.
    • SRS module and disconnect the electrical connector
    • Horn switch electrical connector
    1. Remove the passenger’s side SRS module by removing or disconnecting the following:
    2. Open the glove box and disconnect the glove compartment isolator
    • Push inward on the 2 glove box door tabs and lower it
    • SRS module’s electrical connector
    • SRS module-to-instrument panel bolts and the module
    1. Remove the instrument panel by removing or disconnecting the following:
    2. Speed control servo nuts and move the servo aside
    • Bolt and disconnect the left side bulkhead connector
    • Left side bulkhead connector from the dash panel
    • Windshield washer fluid reservoir screw, and position the reservoir aside
    • Blower motor electrical connector
    • Air conditioning pressure cut-off switch electrical connector
    • In-line electrical harness connector
    • Electronic Automatic Temperature Control (EATC) variable blower motor controller electrical connector
    • Right front wheel
    • Right front fender splash shield bolts and move the shield away from the cowl
    • Wiring harness from the evaporator case
    • Wiring harness from the cowl
    • Right side instrument panel lower insulator pushpins, disconnect the power point electrical connector, remove the courtesy lamp from the socket and remove the insulator
    • Unseat the wiring grommet and feed the wiring harness through the cowl
    • Cowl side trim panels and the windshield side garnish moldings from both sides
    • Locking clip and the Electronic Crash Sensor (ECS) module electrical connector
    • Antenna connector
    • Ground wire bolts from the right side
    • EATC hose at the evaporator housing
    • Bolt and disconnect the bulkhead connector from the right side
    • Pull the door weatherstrip seals away from the instrument panel on both sides
    • Tunnel brace trim cover
    • Climate control head vacuum harness connector
    • Instrument panel tunnel brace nuts and the brace
    • Ground wire bolts from the left side
    • Wiring harness connectors from the left side
    • Parking brake switch electrical connector
    • Pry out the instrument panel defroster opening grille, disconnect the electrical connectors and the remove the grille.

    2. 3 upper instrument panel screws
    • Instrument panel cowl side nut from both sides
    • Instrument panel cowl side bolt. From the left side
    • Instrument panel
    • Windshield wiper mounting arm and the pivot shaft
    • Electrical connector and remove the upper cowl extension screw and the extension
    • Vacuum hoses and the wire harness connector from the evaporative emissions canister purge valve
    • Evaporative emissions purge valve nuts and the valve
    • Cowl side nut
    • Right side rear fender apron screws and reposition the apron
    • Evaporator housing nut and screw
    • Vacuum hoses and the wiring harness connectors
    • Plenum chamber’s lower flange nuts
    • Plenum chamber’s upper flange nut and the plenum chamber
    • Heater core cover-to-heater plenum chamber screws and the cover
    • Seal and the heater core

    1987 chevy r20 carb with electric fuel injection

    I would check the wires that make the injector function to see how much power is going to them (using a multimeter). Now check the wires on the injector that is not working and see if you have power there. If you do then you have a bad injector. I don't think you do since you said that you switch wires and you are getting fuel at that injector. Check your wiring harness for shorted out wires. It doesn't make sense for one side to be working and the other not to be. I don't think it is a problem with your ECU, but it may be. See what colors the wires are going to your injectors and trace them back to the ECU, a wiring diagram would help. You need to check to see if you are getting power from the control module to the harness. I believe, however, you are experience a shorted out wire somewhere in the harness. That is where I would start. If you confirm you are getting power to the control module, but you are losing it somewhere in the harness it may be easier to just run a new set of wires instead of tearing apart the harness.

    Driver side headlight low beam is out changed it with a new one and still no light, i've checked the fuses too what do i do now?

    Check the actual harness for power once you turn the lights on. It should be about 12volts. Unplug the light bulb and test for power. Sometimes the harness gets dirty or corroded. Wiggle the new lightbulb around in the harness and see if it wants to turn on, if so the wire harness needs cleaning. If not, try the new bulb on the working side and see if it turns on. Also, not only test the harness, but the wires themselves for power. Test inside the harness, then on the wires themselves.
