Question about 1994 Dodge Ram
You need to check the wiper motor relay too and iuf it checks out then using a test light probe the hot wire to the wiper motor and see if it is hot and lights up while the ignition is on and the wiper switch is activated. if you get a light then you have a bad motor, if not and the relay tested good then you have a bad switch. if the switch checks out and the relay checks out but still no power at the motor with a test light then you have to trace back the power wire ti find the bad spot.
