Do not really know what you are asking. On the S-series engines 91-99 there are 4 motor mounts, one on top passenger side, one on the bottom of the transmission driver side, and one on either end of the engine. All of them can be replaced in an afternoon with basic tools, jack stands and a good floor jack. The one on the bottom is a bit testy and if you are not mechanical you should leave it for a pro.

Very common for window regulators to fail, especially on an 11 year old car and especially the driver's window. These can be found used and new aftermarket on ebay. Much cheaper than a dealer and have a glass shop do the replacement for you, $50 bucks labor instead of a couple hundred at a dealer. Get the whole regulator, not just a new lift motor.

If it is manual crank, that is what you need. If it is electric, rule out a bad switch first.

Ebay, Craigslist, and local junkyards are a good place to find used mirrors.
They have the options, based on the junk cars in their yards and they can look around in other junkyards online to find the right one. I would not think you would pay more than 20-30 dollars. I had 4 saturns and replacing the mirrors was easy, but then I have a roll around tool box and 30 years of backyard wrenching experience. Basically you remove that interior cosmetic part at the front of your window, dig through the insulation, find the bolt heads and remove them. The mirror comes off and you reverse the process to install.

you would first have to make sure it is switch.Motors and regulators go out often. Does the drivers door switch operate passenger side ok? Can you hear any noise when switch is is up or down position?You would want to make sure all of this first. Door panel controls are easy to replace but you really want to remove panel and make sure you have good motor and window regulator.

Yea,replace the switch with used or new.The problem is going to be your switch most likey.

Unless the 1999 uses a different mirror from my '96, if it has an inside adjuster lever it's cables in the mirror. You can find aftermarket replacements for around $30 to $40 for Saturns.

It sounds like there is somthing wrong with the window regulatior ( the motor in the door that moves the window)
1.Remove the inner door pannel (all parts)
2. hook up the window controls & try moving window up or down, make sure window is moving propley in tracks and siscor arms are not bound up.
3.If all is well with the above stuff, just replace the window regulatior and test befor you reasembil the door pannel

Depends on the problem. If it's electronic and the window won't work, let the garage handle it. Make sure the handle is put back on securely. I had to take mine back for them to put it on right.
