Check if the fuse has 12volts going through it when while the switch is on. If it does not have 12 volts on it apply 12volts to that fuse. The lights should work then if it still do not work. Tap a wire to any one of the lights ground wire and connect it to the body, if the lights lit up it was a bad ground.
The best place I've found for electrical diagrams is alldata.com, but it will cost, it's not free. I'm not sure what they charge for this, but it's based on Chilton Manuals, which have electrical diagrams in them.

If you look at the transmission, you will find a drain plug on the bottom, look for a similar plug on the side of the transmission, take out plug and if oil is at the bottom of side plug hole, trans is full, if not refill here until oil is running out of hole, reinstall plug.
