Hi, First check that you have wash liquid in tank. second make sure that it will not freeze by putting alcohol in your mix of water and soap. You can buy it already mixed at most service stations. Check pump for corosion on contacts. Good luck.
The washer pump motor is probably burnt out unplug it and check the plug for 12 volts as an assistant turns it on if voltage is present clean plug reattach try again if nothing replace washer pump motor or find a used one at a auto junk yard.
the motor is at the bottom of the bottle there should be a couple of screws that you will have to remove and it should then be able to pull it out to replace to motor/
check the switch on the steering usualy it becomes faulty after a while and also your window washers could be blocked but try turning it on if you do not hear a buzzing sound the motors needs to be replaced.
