I need it to go down
SOURCE: How do I change the spark plugs
You have to take the engine cover off, and then you should see the spark plugs on both sides of the engine. If you can't seem to find them, just follow the wires from the coil or distributor.
SOURCE: Bearing on the tensioner pulley squeels.
basically you need a special tool to release the tension on the belt then remove the belt then it should be easy to remove the bearing and replace...better to use a mechanic with the proper tools
SOURCE: window on passenger side will not come down need door panel instructions.
You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door

You could always go to your local library, and look at the car manuals that are located there, if you don't want to go to an Auto parts store and buy your self a manual for about 25 bucks.. (that's what I did) - A Chiltons...
SOURCE: lincoln continental cabin filter
I solved the problem by ordering the filter fro an online site that gave instructions:
http://www.cabinairfilters.net/cabin%20air%208467.htm
instructions at this link are:
Turn on wipers until they are in an upright position then turn ignition off. Open the hood. The filter compartment is on the passenger side, directly beneath the windshield. Pull back weather strip and remove cowl. Slide the water shield toward the front of the vehicle then lift to remove. Replace filter and reassemble.
I have it out and am waiting for new filter.
