Question about 1996 Buick Park Avenue
Make sure there is gas in tank. turn ignition switch to the on position.listen for fuel pump.if yes check for spark at plugs.if no you dont hear fuel pump.check fuse and relay.if both dont work.scan it to check for faulty crankshaft sensor fuel pump and pcm.
