thats a code for the intake air temp sensor. It is located in the air snorkel in between the air box and the throttle body. I would look at engine data with a scan tool to see what it is actually reading. It should be simular to the coolant temp on a cold engine. Unpluged it should read -34 degrees.

2005 Chevy Cavalier. Where is the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor located please?

Edited to tidy up the English, and the code is P-Zero, not P-Oh.

If your PCM is returning a P0113 error code, it means that your Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor is reading at too high of a voltage. This sensor works as a basic resistor. The PCM sends it a continuous current of five volts, and monitors how much voltage it gets back.

What sensor is p0113 in a chevy cavalier 2004 2.2l

That is a code for intake air temp sensor. Replacing the sensor may or may not fix it? It's a two wire connector, wire colors, tan and black.
