1991 Dodge 250 is not getting gas

NO gas through to the carb. Gas seems to be getting to the carb, but not through.

My gas gauge does not work

Easy fix, fill it with gas, write down the odometer mileage, keep track of it and after 150-250 miles put gas in it. Dodges are notorious for this problem. If you are lucky you can just replace the gauge in the dash. If not, you have to drop the gas tank, empty the gas out of it, take it apart and replace the float in the tank. My suggestion, keep track of your mileage. I have done this and it just sucks to fix it.

My 1991 dodge dakota v6 2 barrel is using way to much gas 150mi per 16 gal tank what is the cause

check for fuel leaks. from the gas tank, to the fuel lines, to the carb. i assume its an electronic throttle body 2 barrel. i have seen those leak internaly from the inside of the carb/throttle body causing exsess fuel to be used. you could also have a very bad fuel/air ratio going on there. could be bad o2 sensors. but i would start with the leaking fuel first.

I have a 1991 GEO Tracker that's not getting gas in the carb...the gas is up to the carb but is not going in to the carb.

Disconnect the carburetor from the gas line, and rebuild it, blowing out the jets with compressed air, and adjusting the float so that it will allow gas to flow into the carburetor bowl.

Heeeelp! turns over but wont start. changed gas filter, cap, rotor.

Are you sure it is getting spark to the plugs? Did you check fuel pressure? It still may be getting some fuel but not enough. Is it fuel injected or car berated?

Try to start my 95 dodge dakota and it won't start

dont take carb off, drain fuel from tank if you got bad gas, fill with good gas, pull fuel line off carb and turn on key if have electric fuel pump, this will clean out line. get a spray can of carb cleaner from auto store and spray carb. hook up fuel line and try to start, should clean out carb with fresh fuel

i hope you drained the ENTIRE fuel system because the feed lines from your tank and the carb float bowl will have contaminated gas as well
