Question about 2003 Saab 9-3
I had one key but needed another.
You can buy a blank (uncut key) off eBay.
Go to a locksmith some can cut the key from the one you have some can even program the new key.
I paid like $20 for a blank off eBay, my locksmith charged $20 bucks to cut a new key and Saab dealership charged like $60 to program. Saved $100 or more off going to dealership direct. Hope this helps

You need to take it to the dealer, they will charge about $200 to program a new key.
