TO MY KNOWLEDGE,THERE IS NO VACUUM HOSE TO TRANS..IF THERE IS HOSE OFF,IT MAY A VENT HOSE FOR TRANSFER CASE IF YOUR TRUCK IS 4WD..DID YOU REMOVE CRANK SENSOR FROM BACK OF ENGINE BEFORE YOU REMOVED TRANS..IF NOT,IT MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED UPON INSTALLATION OF TRANS..MAKE SURE IT IS PLUGGED IN ALSO
