You need to visit a dealer, you need the VIN and proof of ownership before they will help you. If they don't want to help you ask them if you should call the number on the last page of the owners manual to see if they can help. That usually will get them to help. I hope this helps, take care.

Have you tried going to the dealer, if you are to far away from the dealership you can call them and they may ship it to you, and if the dealership can't help you then I would call corporate Honda in NJ and ask them to help, any time I have called them they have always helped me, hope this helps.
