Question about 2005 Chevrolet Impala
Turn key to on position engine off and pump throttle pedal 5 times within 5 sec of turning on the key. This should clear the light.

Turn your key to the on position wait until all of your indicater lamps do their thing . Then pump the gas pedal 3 times in rapid motion in less than 5 seconds. Wait until you see the change oil light start flashing. If this does not happen then turn the key off turn it on again and repeat the procedure.

you sould be able to reset that from the dash ,these options beside the dash go to the end and when you get to oil and % press on the checkmark and that would do the trick.
