There is no set charge , but you have to take into the costs of services , fuel, oil tyres, registration , insurance car hire fees ( cost of a fine if not a hire vehicle ), loss of a vehicle in the case of an accident while being used as a hire vehicle as the insurance will not cover it , your time, vehicle depreciation ( wearing out and needing replacement)
you can charge what you like but a good point would be around 60% of the taxi fee for the same trip

your company will have a set rate per mile which the expenses team will be able to give you. remember that you are actually charging not just for your petrol, but also your business insurance on your car and the wear and tear on the car for using for business

Must take person from Kroonstad to Bethlehem with i10 Hyundai. How much must I charge?

That's about 135 km one way.

A Taxi costs R12 / km, or about R1620 one way, unless the passenger negotiated.

Uber costs between R7 - 11 / km, plus about R1 / min. That would be about R945 - 1485 plus R90, total about R1035 - 1575 one way.

If you then have to return you might consider a return charge, which most taxis would charge. So you would keep it a bit less than a taxi, say R1200 unless this is for a friend or relative, when I think you would merely take some money for petrol costs both ways.

Bear in mind that running your car for hire might void your car insurance. It does where I am.

Rate per kilometer for a 3.5 liter Kia Sorento petrol engine 2012 model (total of 2600 km driven)

You have to give us the price of fuel and. and type of driving. Was it all hiway miles or a lot of city miles This all makes a difference. Also how many litres of fuel. You can do it yourself by dividing the liters of fuel into the kilometers and multiplying the price you paid for a liter of fuel.

I don't know if this is what you're after, but I am getting my Mazda 3 today, and through my research to find one, I learnt that, according to the manufacturer, the fuel consumption on it should be 8 - 8.6 liters per 100 kms. I don't always know how accurate these are, so, I usually just fill up the tank, zero the trip, and after my next fill - km / liters to fill tank. 10 km/l is pretty average, anything above 10 is good fuel economy.
