I drive a 1997 Mazda 120 petrol sedan, fully paid, fully insured and roadworthy - only 78,000km on the clock. How much per km should I ask for conveying business colleagues to and from the airport? Car does 7 lt per 100kms.
There is no set charge , but you have to take into the costs of services , fuel, oil tyres, registration , insurance car hire fees ( cost of a fine if not a hire vehicle ), loss of a vehicle in the case of an accident while being used as a hire vehicle as the insurance will not cover it , your time, vehicle depreciation ( wearing out and needing replacement)
you can charge what you like but a good point would be around 60% of the taxi fee for the same trip
