Your best bet would be to take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop ! You have no diagnostic skills shown by the list of parts replaced ! Check engine light codes ? Scan tool diagnostics , scan tool engine sensor data ! Fuel pressure an flow testing , hook up fuel pressure gauge ! Plugged exhaust , back pressure testing etc.... Videos on youtube basic engine testing an electrical systems testing , fuel system testing etc....

The air filter should be changed frequently. The Lincolns have longer warranties than most cars.
You might want to go to a dealer and see if you still have warranty left.
Some parts will cause idle problems and not set off the Codes. You may need the idle adjusted. Your car may need the EGR passages cleaned under the airhorn. Sometimes on all cars the O2 sensors operate within approved range, but when 2 of them are combined they work against each other.
A dealer can run a diagnostic for spark and fuel pressure to insure peak performance.

check the magnet inside the distributor for cracks.. If its cracked it fools the module into thinking it has more cylinders than the engine actually has the piece the rotor sits on just under that you will see the 6 or 8 points ..the magnet is sandwiched under this plate check it carefully and if you see a crack you will have to replace the distributor shaft. or go get a used one but check it to before you install it .......lol good luck.hope this helps..

What is Sea Foam,and why would you add it?
Nothing I see but the spark plugs,addresses your issues.
Have you looked at the TPS Sensor,with a scanner?
Have you looked at the Ignition with a Scope
Checked MAF Sensor data and cleaned it?
Is the Egr Valve working correctly?
Have you checked fuel pressure?
Are the O2 Sensors,15 years old?
Is the Converter,15 years old and blocked?
