Where is the expansion valve located? The air conditioner is blowing hot air in front and rear units. I did put two cans of fr-ion.

Is the system full of freon ?
The rear ac uses an expansion valve, and the front ac uses an orifice tube. One system can work independently of the other.

How to fix p0676 p006a ford excursion 2003

Code 676 is for a problem with the glow plug circuit for cylinder number 6, and code 006a is for a problem with the mass air flow meter or MAP sensor.
Those components would need to be tested.

2003 Ford Excursion interior lights stay on after truck is turned off for 20 to 30 minutes, and door ajar light is always onbut all doors are closed.

One of the door switches is not showing an open contact. Which sugnals the computer that a door is ajar. Try blowunyg comoressed air into every door sqitch including the rear hatch. Afterwards, spray each switch with WD-40. Good Luck.

Front a/c blowing rear not on 2001 excursion?

make sure the rear air is turned on up front and check the fuse for the air. if not working at all if blowing but not cold you might want to check the a/c charge.

2001 Excursion, 7.3L diesel, Front A/C warm, rear cool

it sounds like your front orifice tube needs replacing. the rear has an expansion valve in it. if the front orifice tube is becoming clogged it will restrict the flow of freon causing the air not to be as cool as the back.

IAT sensor

The IAT (Intake Air Temperture) is the sensor that measures the temp of the incoming air to the engine, it is either in the rubber hose to the engine from the air filter housing, or on the air filter housing itself, it is small and round with 2 wires going to it, many times it is left unplugged during routine maintenance.
