I would listen for the fuel pump(take the gas cap off and listen for the buzz when someone turns the key on), if no buzz or whine then have them crank the engine. If still no noise then take a hammer and hit the middle of the gas tank while the car is being started(make sure E-brake is applied)If it starts it's your fuel pump.

97 oldsmobile achieva wont fire changed coil pack spark plugs cam sensor still wont start

Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good.
If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse.
If you having a problem with more than one system, I want to check for rpm signal, that usually comes from the crank sensor. Not sure why you replaced cam sensor? I always want to check sensor wiring circuits before replacing anything. Don't replace anything unless your testing points in that direction.

95 geo wont start changed ignition module no spark but turns over

The other sensors whereby the computer controls spark timing, are the Crank Position Sensor, and the Cam Position Sensor (sometimes called the pick-up coil, inside the distributor).

I have a 2001 ford escort and theres no spark. we already change the cam sensor and the crankshaft sensor but still no spark

Randomly changing parts is the hard and EXPENSIVE way to diagnose this problem.
This could be caused by the anti-theft system, it could be caused by shorted reference voltage circuits to your cam, crank, mass airflow, map or throttle position sensors. This could be caused by missing ignition voltage at the ignition coil. This could be caused by shorted control circuits between the powertrain control module and the ignition coil, etc., etc., etc.

The FIRST thing that should be done is to scan your powertrain control module (PCM) as well as your generic electronic module (GEM) and your instrument panel module (IPC) to see if there are any fault codes present. If there is a P1260 code for example, this would indicate that your antitheft system is the cause of the "no-spark" condition. In this case, you would diagnose your antitheft system, NOT your engine control system. Please note that MOST generic OBD code readers CANNOT do all of this.

Car cranks but won't start. Has no spark. It does get fuel in, just changed the ecm, the crankshaft position sensor and the coil pack. Any ideas?

Could be a crankshaft position sensor fault or even a ignition coil fault. I suggest u check the stored fault codes in the PCM first. If there is no ckp sensor codes in the system and a new coil doesn't fix the problem it's possible the coil has spiked the PCM . If this is the case a new coil and PCM should be installed. The engine rpm and signal from the coil is picked up from the ckp sensor.

Where is the ignition module control located on 1996 ranger 2.3 e

It does not have an ignition control module. The PCM (powertrain control module) fires the coil pack based on signal it recieves from the crankshaft position sensor and the camshaft position sensor.
