Question about 1998 Cadillac Catera
My 1999 Cirrus had a problem with the key would go in and out but would not turn. A mobile locksmith came by and took the ignition cylinder out in under 5 minutes. He then replaced the wafers (tumblers) in there fairly quick. If the key is stuck it may take some more effort but getting the cylinder itself out should be easy. No need to remove the steering wheel.
