If it's a manual. At the clutch pedal under the dash. Automatic is mounted at the front of the transmission. By the radiator.
Is there any special way to get to it?
Both are easy to replace. Which do you have?
Automatic. It's the LS, if that matters
It's at the front of the transmission. Drivers side. Remove the air filter box to have more room to work. You'll see the cable going down to the shifter arm. remove the arm, then a plug and 2 bolts to remove the switch.
Alright, awesome. Thank you, I really appreciate it

SOURCE: Where is the neutral safety switch?
IF you have a chrysler 727 trans it's on the left rear corner of the case just above the trans pan (has 3 wires on it) If you have an asi trans, I'm not sure where they put it but I'd look around the linkage going into unit and on the other side (like jeeps have)

It is in side the trans on top of the valve body. Why do you think you need to replace it?
