2000 Ford Mustang GT has very loud cabin noise while driving, but not while idling or revving the engine at idle.

At that mileage your wheel bearings probably need changing, especially if you haven't been lubricating them whenever you did a brake job! Usually the front wheel bearings, the ones taking the weight from the engine and turning weight transfer to the outside wheels on curves burn out first...do it!!!

Real wheel shaking wen i turn

Does it shake when turning both directions or just one or the other? It is most likely the clutch packs in the rear end. Especially if you have around 100,000 miles on the truck and have never had a rear end service done.

2002 ford Ranger 3.0 v6 (auto) rear end noise when accelerating on curves.

Remove the drums and check your rear brakes. If okay, you may try testing a couple different tires in the rear. Belts separating and flat spots show worse at higher speeds.
It could be bearings if truck is used alot while loaded. Remember 1/4 ton is only 500lbs. High miles, hard driving, or if it was wrecked in rear could all cause these smptoms.
