Question about 1996 Saturn SL
Did a e check and the no is 2768.7 and it should be 1026.0 it failed because of this could u tell me what it is or means.
Not exactly, but they are checking emission that are released into the atmosphere, and if you have bad rings, which that is nortorious with Saturns, this would cause you to fail the test. One way to check this out is to see if there is oil deposits built up on your spark plugs...if so, there's your problem.
