To start check the fuse in the fuse box.
The fan can be tested by jumping it and energizing it directly (must be done by an experienced repair person).
If the fan works replace the thermostat that controls the fan, it is connected to the fan motor, and usually located on radiator or coolant lines.

After replacing the radiator now the vehicle overheats because of cooling fan does not work how to fix my 1997 Plymouth Voyager coin issues

Could have air pockets in the cooling system. The coolant sensor on the intake needs liquid coolant to tell the computer to turn the fan relay on.

well for the most part the right hand fan runs when you have thea/c on and the line pressure reaches a preset amount of pressure at a pressure switch mounted in the a/c system.

I got a 1997 z 34 still working on the problem I'm

Check your radiator for good flow. Drain a little coolant and look inside to see if you can see any of the tubes blocked from scale, rust, etc. Flush with a water hose till it drains clean water. Also clean the outside if dirty.
Have the cooling system pressure tested. Maybe your radiator cap is bad.
When you are re-adding coolant, don't forget to burp the system or bleed the air out. Air pockets can also lead to overheating.
Good luck.

Cooling fans will not come on my 1997 olds aorura

This could be a lot of things, check the fuse for the cooling fans, then check the coolant level, and if there is air in the cooling system this will happen, and of course the coolant sensor could be at fault, and the cooling fan relay.

The fan wont turn off on my 1997 catera

wait 10 minutes after you shut the car off - then remove the negative side of the battery - wait 30 minutes then reinstall and run the car 30 minutes.
If your cooling fluid is full and other cooling systems are in place and working - you should be fine.

The fan on your cooling system is made to continue to run once the engine is shut down if it is running a little [ or a lot] hot. So don't panic if it runs 5 minutes after you shut the car off.

1997 Subaru Outback impreza engine overheats and no one has figured out why. Radiator is not the problem. Engine does not overheat right away.

Do the cooling fans come on?And do they go off?Or do the fans come on and stay on?If the cooling fans come on,and then the cooling fans ,or fan, goes off, then the system may not be over heating. If the engine is over heating for sure, and the fans come on,but don`t go off, replace the thermostat. Then you need to bleed the cooling system of air.The coolant will not circulate if there is air in the cooling system. Also, the water pump blades on the inside(in the water jacket)could be worn down,or have ome off. This would cause the problem also.If I can help, any further, please let me know.>>

1997 Mercury villager, Air conditioner was working, now compressor kicks on and off, shows over charge in the red, why? Nobody added any freon.

high pressure is usually from heat not being removed from freon in the condensor. Usually it's because the cooling fan is not sucking air through the condensor. Check your cooling fan relays (3) in the battery box in front of the battery. Also, check to see if cooling fan has failed.
Does it work ok when the engine is cold and then quit after engine warm up? That would be a clue. When pressure gets too high, there is a high pressure cut-off switch.

Other posibility is a restrcition in the system. not common though.
