Question about Saab 9 5
Recently started gettin this deep, low hum from the front end during moderate acceleration - right as the turbo is kicking in. If I hold it at that point the vibration persists through acceleration. If I give it more or less gas, or engage turbo, vibration subsides. Don't have it at high speed, coasting, hard acceleration, and doesn't appear as a result of turning left or right. Thought it was turbo related since it is only "just" as the turbo is starting to boost, but had it replaced 2 months ago and has been working fine and works fine when really pushed. Now thinking it might be a wheel bearing, but doesn't show the typical "coast at 55mph and turn wheel to hear/feel the issue". New tires about 15k ago too. Thanks for any help or suggestions!
I have the same issue. I have a harmonic hum that appears to come from the rear of the vehicle but with a vibration through the floor board. I have a 2009, Saab, 95. Have had the wheel bearings replace and rotators. The noise was load when you pulled up on the emergy brake one level. Adjusted assembly but still have hum.

I have the exact same issue. I can't seem to replicate it for the dealer and it is identical to what you are describing. PLEASE e-mail me if you figure it out or know anything. I want to get it fixed and it to go away! Thanks! Todd. Tm2200@aol.com
