Question about 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid
Normally, all of the lights are supposed to light up, when starting, This is the "bulb-check" feature. I would not worry about it unless the light remain on when you are driving.

You can disconnect your battery for 15 minutes or pull the fuse for an ECM or PCM fuse, but the best way is to visit any local repair shop. Most shops will have a universal Check Engine Light Code Reader that can quickly and safely reset check engine light trouble codes. It should take about 30 seconds.
Ask your local service center if they could reset the check engine light with a Check Engine Light Code Reader.

Either take it to a autoparts store and they will turn it off or disconnect the battery for five minutes and the computer will reset. If it comes back on your local auto parts representative can harmlessly run a code check on it to see what the problem is.
