No such fault, there are fault codes for problems in the pollution control system.

I have changed my coolant temp sensor but my 207cc still reads hot so im going to need to change the thermostat housing

Hard top folding roof? Have the codes read. I don't work on Peugeot, But I work on others. They have a ton of sensors on them. You need to know which one is acting up. Is it the sensor or a wire or module.

The dreaded fault with these cars and a few others ,now what you do is find in your local area a specialist car computer repairer and ask them to remove this function from the cars computer ,then your ok but extreme circumstances you can get the exhaust box clogged up and lose power in which case fit a normal box once the computer has been modified .Right pain these so called particle filters on these otherwise good cars and a right rip off in the dealers with a new box costing something like 700euros

7 blinks (roof lock switch,not operated by user)
9 blinks (rear window switch not operated by user)
These codes mean user has not undone roof locks or rear window is not fully closed
Providing that is not your problem,reset roof control unit
Turn ignition off
In under bonnet fuse box remove fuse 32 7.5 amp for 20 seconds
Refit fuse and check roof operation
This clears codes and resets roof

i can,t see why all these should need to be replaced,you need to get a more detailed report of what exactly they want to replace and for what reason in my experience dealerships dealing with roof faults will replace parts one by one untill the problem is fixed and surely the dealer should cover the cost of the repair if the roof faulted after only 3 weeks

could you be more specific on what the gear? problem is that you are having? unable to to select 1 or more gears? gears noisy ? jumping out of gear whilst driving? gears stiff to select? or some other fault ? more info would help to advise on possible fault and probable remedy ?
