There is a separate computer box for the car alarm, try disconnecting the wiring harness that goes to it.

SOURCE: how to program remote for 98 Isuzu Rodeo

1998 TF rodeo had electric door locks on some vehicles but there was no keyless entry remote on these vehicles. if you have a separate remote from the ignition key it could be an after market remote system.
if your trying to program the ignition key to start the vehicle this must be done by dealer with tech2
this is the case for Australian vehicles
later vehicles had a heart(rounded) shape keyless enty remote with 2 buttons and had red and green led for each button, which needs programming into system with tech2 by dealer
Jackaroo (Trooper) and Frontera had long rectangle 2 button remote which can be programmed into system by sequence of cycling ignition key opening and closing drivers door which newer rodeos went back to
each vehicles sequence is slightly different depending on year and vehicle.

Isuzu rodeo runs well but inspection says bad coil... 98 v6... Got parts from junk yard. So, how can I fix it... All auto rpair keep lying bout problem n overcharge me 800, wen I can do it for less...

You have not provided any information as to what the coil is doing or not doing. As far as the shop goes why is it you folks always assume someone is lying to you and or ripping you off?? Most shops are honest and do a good job. Also using ignition parts from a salvage yard is a VERY BAD IDEA!

Power steering heavy turning left in isuzu rodeo 4x4

check the power steering pump, if its good than it will be rack and pinion issue. the pump create a high pressure to help assist with steering, and the rack and pinion work like hydraulic cylinder which receive the pressure from the pump and the steering work like control valves. by turn left or right you controling the pressure to make the wheels turn either right or left. check and see if you have any leaks.

2001 Passport transmission, rack and pinion replaced at 65K miles

Let's start with some facts. Honda, until 2006, didn't build any "trucks". Your Honda Passport actually began life in the Isuzu Rodeo assembly line. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, just no what you were expecting.
Isuzu makes very reliable trucks, but I think you've just had a run of bad luck. My 95 Isuzu Rodeo was retired after 275,000 miles, but only because some moron rear-ended me very severely, and it wasn't worth repairing, body-wise.
My 5-speed manual needed to be replaced at about 240,000, but the V-6 engine had never been cracked open for any major work. It did, however, have a somewhat loose rack/pinion.
