Why does idle flucuate on 2004 Dodge Durango 4.7?

There appears to be an idle speed control problem perhaps caused by a sensor, throttle body issue, or vacuum leak around this area, in a rare occasion this could be an issue within the PCM. Although, there is no service light on there could still be stored codes on the PCM. It would be a good idea to have the computer scanned even anyway.

When i turn the A.C. on my RPM flucuates and asks like it bogs my engine down.

This is common. The A/C is drawing power from the engine. The ECM should respond by adjusting idle flow. If A/C causes engine to stall or if "check engine" light is on, get a tune up
