SOURCE: Where is the pedal lock relay or solenoid located on a mustang 940 skid steer

well the relay (or park bypass) for that function is right next to the main fuse panel , I do believe on that model is under the cover by the operators right knee , the parking bypass solenoid is the first valve on the valve block , Follow the hose off the pump to the valve block , it looks different than the others as it's only a single coil type , all the others on that block have two coils , this is the bypass valve , but I will say unless you specifically know there's something wrong with that valve , that's not going to be your problem if it wont come out of park mode , its always a safety switch holding it out !! finding it , now there's a challenge , id just hate to see you waste 90 bucks on a valve an it still wont come off park mode

The steering on my 2006 Cruze has become very heavy at low speeds. Any ideas on what to look for?

check tyre pressures first if correct about 2.2 bar ,then change the load/pressure switch on the steering rack ,it should be located where the drive goes into the steering rack ,unless you have a electric motor system and not hydraulic if this is the case then dealer only as the control unit is all electronic and has to be centralised ,if some unskilled know it all has adjusted tracking but only on one arm then steering wheel spokes will be out of position and this will cause big problems .

My mustang 95 steering wheel moves like a1/2 an inch to the left and to the right when the engine is off how I can fix or adjustment,by the way,I changed the inner tie rod

This is the PLAY in the steering box and can be adjusted to minimise in the penumatic section.
Tighten the tie rods ends and ccheck for any play in either ends. If not the play is from the steering column to the rack . You can tighten to make it fit closer BUT do not over tighten.
Now start the car and check the movement to either side.
If needs trimming do so , stop engine adjust and try again. Check for fluid in the system.
