Question about 1999 Chevrolet Blazer
The Tranfer case encoder motor is not receiving th signal . I would have it replaced. The part is located on the transfer case and is held in by 4 bolts. Very easy to replace yourself if you want to try.
Just un plug the connector to it, loosen up the bolts. and changed the part out.
