There is a receiver located above the drivers visor. 2 of the three wires are broken. I am capable of fixing that, but I don't know which wire goes to which pin. Only the center wire (green) is connected. The black and shield are not. A picture would be ideal. Or a description such as connector pointing up, viewed from non-sticky side Thanks Steve

the orange and black wire is it on the fire wall on passenger side in engine compartment? if is the case it is used for setting timing it's a shunt wire.
SOURCE: The wiper arm is broken and will not move at all.
hi bill im scott, im sorry to be the one that has to tell you this but it might be that you have rounded the main motor arm which is not as easy to change as just the wiper arm. if it just wiper arm then you will find a cap at the base of the arm which will pivot up with a little force and reveal a nut which will need undoing and most prob wil be loose. hence hitting wing mirror, if not the arm then it will take a lot of shifting the bulk head and remove whole wiper motor and inner arms which can be a bugger of a job.

whatever color they are coming out of your car for example one set is green. choose a color coming out of your cd player to hook up to green. test that if the front left speaker works wrap masking tape around the green wires in car and label front left. do that until you have them all labeled and correct then hook them up according to what you learned. I know it sounds tedious and it is but it's the only way you can figure it out if they are not labeled.

Replace bulbs, one of them is probally bad. Worked on a lot of cars, but my daughter 2001 alero showed me. The car had the same problem, bulbs looked good but one wasn't and that's all it took. Try brand new known to be good bulbs. Ed
