Parking lights stay on after car is shut off

Cluster is pretty much non serviceable. It's a circuit board problem that will have to be fixed by a cluster repair shop.

It sounds like a problem with the air/ fuel ratio. First thing I would do is to take the throttle body off of the intake and give it a thorough cleaning. It is possible that it is encrusted with carbon deposits. You are going to need to remove all of the sensors and get in all of the passages with a small pick to remove the large deposits and an old tooth brush with some paint thinner to get everything else. After that, reassemble the throttle body and reinstall it on the car.
Also decarbonizing the engine with some Seafoam to clean out the inside of the engine should help as well. (just follow the intructions on the bottle or check out "How to Seafoam" on YouTube. That stuff is great) If that doesn't work then you may need to have the car checked out by a qualified professional.
