You have an electrical problem. Start with corrosion in the socket.Cleaning the contacts sometimes works. new socket works more.

I have a 2003 2 door explorer sport, just recently my turning signal and break light have stopped working on the passenger side!! I changed the light bulb, and nothing!! I changed the turning signal light...

No, because the left side is still working. The loose wiring was to the multifunction switch (turn signal).

Power gores through the turn signal switch to the brake switch on the brake pedal, then to the rear lights. Does the highmount brake lamp work?
At the RH lamp socket, Measure the voltage between the RH rear lamp C4032 pin 3, circuit 5 (OG/LB), harness side and ground. Should be 12 volts.

try that first.

Did you change the front and rear bulbs?

Changed multi function switch, bulbs, and passenger side rear light assembly (reverse, blinker, brake light). Everything works except the rear passenger side turn signal but the front passenger side is...

You have a bad connection at the rear passenger side turn signal. It is either the connection is corroded or a wire is loose on the ground side of the circuit.

My passenger side rear blinker light wont come on, i thought it might be burnt out but i replaced them both and the bulb still wont come on when i when put on the right turn signal. could it be a possible...

It may be the socket itself.Bad sockets are not uncommon.Try turning the signal on and wiggling the bulb in the socket to see if it will work. If it does work then then you will know that the connection in the socket is bad.

Driver front turn signal does not blink. front

This may have more then one bulb in the front or possibly a bad socket try wiggling the new bulb in the socket to see if it will work.Compare all turn signal lights that come on the passenger side to those drivers side. Some vehicles also incorporate sidemarker lights with the turn signals.

Emergency Flashers totally out, Rear lights malfunctioning

Check the ground on the passenger side rear lights, it's likely bad. As for the hazards, sounds like a bad flasher or fuse.
