Car will not start
Your O2 sensor are capable of doing such a thing to your automobile, replace your upstream and downstream O2 sensors is your best option in my opinion.

I use a 7/8 wrench to bust the O2sensors loose, if they are the original sensors the person might have to try to tighten and them loosen the sensors.
Please wear gloves as to not get skin oils on the new sensors.

If your O2 sensors did not fail, the only other item is the main computer(CPU)
You'll have to get your cars to the dealer for scanning.
