Question about 1995 Toyota Camry
Remove the lower portion of the dash, and the steering column shroud. Using a DREMEL tool, and a ut-off disc, cut s line in the bolts that holds the ignition switch in, deep enough to insert a flat-blade screwdrive; then simply remove the 2 bolts.

There is a pin that you have to push in on the bottom of the lock cylinder housing.It is recessed in a hole.You have to turn the key to acc or on to get it to push in.Once you push it in you can pull the key and lock cylinder out.

Remove the plastic covers around the steering column and try to get the key into the ACC position then you can deprss the release pin and pull the cylinder out, get the new cylinder first so you can see where the release pin is.

Check the ground cable going from the battery to
alternator, then to chassis. Make sure there is no
rust at the chassis ground wire terminal, and that it
is very tight. The fusible link will be off the alternator
red power cable,usually, but not 100% on that car.
